Distribution Manager manages and deploys the operational strategy, business processes, and systems for overall distribution operations, including order fulfillment, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation. Communicates and monitors production measurement metrics and sets performance targets at the team and individual level for all distribution-related functions that align with company objectives and are within regulatory guidelines. Being a Distribution Manager utilizes data-driven analytical tools and systems to continuously monitor operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimization strategies. Troubleshoots and resolves escalated operational issues. The Human Resource Manager will be in charge of the following duties:
The Human Resources Manager plans, coordinates, and directs the administrative functions of the organization. Responsible for onboarding, offboarding, compliance with regulations at all levels, and assists with recruitment process in partnership with partners & managers. Acts as company safety officer and supports leadership with policy and procedure decisions & maintenance. Responsible for practical employee support in the areas of employee experience, compliance, and documentation.
Essential Job Duties:
-Employee Advocate: Be available to address all employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
-Onboarding and tracking of all employees.
-Time management: Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work.
-Ability to take on multiple tasks at once and okay with constant distractions.
-Advise others on HR topics, policies and procedures.
-Knowledge of company P&P's, Benefits, Onboarding and Payroll tracking.
-Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
-Maintain employee files.
