Distribution Manager manages and deploys the operational strategy, business processes, and systems for overall distribution operations, including order fulfillment, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation. Communicates and monitors production measurement metrics and sets performance targets at the team and individual level for all distribution-related functions that align with company objectives and are within regulatory guidelines. Being a Distribution Manager utilizes data-driven analytical tools and systems to continuously monitor operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimization strategies. Troubleshoots and resolves escalated operational issues. Additionally, Distribution Manager ensures all operations adhere to industry safety protocols and comply with OSHA, DOT, or other governmental regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Distribution Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Distribution Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • The Human Resource Manager will be in charge of the following duties:

    The Human Resources Manager plans, coordinates, and directs the administrative functions of the organization. Responsible for onboarding, offboarding, compliance with regulations at all levels, and assists with recruitment process in partnership with partners & managers. Acts as company safety officer and supports leadership with policy and procedure decisions & maintenance. Responsible for practical employee support in the areas of employee experience, compliance, and documentation.

    Essential Job Duties:

    -Employee Advocate: Be available to address all employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.

    -Onboarding and tracking of all employees.

    -Time management: Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work.

    -Ability to take on multiple tasks at once and okay with constant distractions.

    -Advise others on HR topics, policies and procedures.

    -Knowledge of company P&P's, Benefits, Onboarding and Payroll tracking.

    -Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.

    -Maintain employee files.

    Requirements

    • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization and in other public settings.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or similar field preferred.
    • Minimum four (4) years’ experience as human resources representative with program responsibilities (e.g., benefits, employee training, onboarding/offboarding, etc.).
    • HR-focused certificate such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent preferred.
    • Knowledge of OLFA and FMLA regulations and how to administer various types of employee leaves of absence (LOAs).
    • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with others.
    • High level of integrity, commitment to confidentiality, and a high degree of accuracy.
    • Basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to influence and motivate others to work collaboratively.
