Responsibilities:
-Assist Designers with preparation and issuance of Design Packages.
- Create & communicate transmittals for Packages.
- Serve as the administrator for the design tools such as BIM 360/AutoDesk software.
- Store and maintain As Built Drawings in BIM360
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of documentation
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with records management policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control processes
- Perform data entry and data management tasks as needed
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
- Support administrative tasks related to document processing and distribution
Experience: 3-5 years Industrial
- Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in using SharePoint or similar document management systems
- Knowledge of records management principles and best practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with quality management systems, AutoCAD and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
