**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and document management, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This work can be done on a partially remote basis.
**Duties:**
-Convert physical hard copy documents to digital records.
Organize and maintain physical and digital documents
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping
- Coordinate document retrieval and distribution
- Ensure all documents are filed correctly and securely
- Provide administrative support as needed
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in computerized filing systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
