Donor Research Coordinator jobs in Washington
Donor Research Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Donor Research Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. JOB SUMMARY: Provides support for fundraising events and programs. Interacts with a variety of community organizations, businesses and individuals to develop prospects and solicit sponsors for support of special events. Accounts for donations received, maintains donor and distribution records. The position is also responsible for updating information in the donor software system; overseeing direct mail projects, inventory control of outreach and development materials; and other office support tasks.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
-Manage funds from all fundraising and gifts to client
-Maintain records of all grant proposals, special events, memorials, etc
-Send out timely donor thank yous and acknowledgements
-Assist in Coordinating special events
-Produce reports required for donor activities
-Other duties as assigned
