Drilling Operations Director directs and oversees the drilling, production, and engineering operations for an organization. Oversees all aspects of planning and executing drilling projects, developing oil and gas fields, and analyzing reserves. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all school-level operations, and directly managing a small team of school-based staff. This role is accountable for all school operations outside of direct student instruction and reports directly to the Head of School.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise all non-academic school-based functions and personnel
Monitor and coach school-based operations staff, providing regular training and development.
Develop and implement multi-year plans for school operations.
Oversee campus security, maintenance, and cleanliness
Manage compliance-related work, including data management, accreditation standards, and school report cards.
Train Operations and Student Support Teams on attendance and truancy protocols.
Run attendance reports and track progress on truancy interventions.
Participate in and lead school and community events.
Serve as the primary liaison between school operations and other departments.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree preferred
Prior experience working in a school or school system, knowledge of school data and operations systems
