Drilling Operations Manager jobs in Green Bay, WI

Currently hiring for GENERAL LABORERS to work on a Directional Drilling crew! Will be required to work outside all year long. Must be able to travel throughout the state of Wisconsin Monday through Friday! Company truck provided. Must have a clean driving record.

***** THIS IS A YEAR ROUND FULL TIME POSITION ****

Laborers will report to the construction project manager and be working alongside team members to operate equipment such as mini excavators and skid steers as well as basic duties included but not limited to shoveling and raking.

This is a general labor, entry level job, with room for advancement. On the job training, no experience necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor for restoring landscaping after digging
• Loading and unloading equipment
• Operate heavy machinery
• Secure job sites and place signs in area
• Perform shore, slop trench and excavation when necessary
• Verify all underground mark outs and utilities.
• Prepare cable routes and feeding cable
• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, skid steers, and drilling equipment.
• Avoiding damage to existing underground facilities.
• Maintaining a constant focus on operating in a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Must have a vehicle that can get you to the job sites if necessary
• Must be able to travel and stay in a hotel during the week
• Must be able to work outside throughout the year
• This position requires significant time doing manual labor functions, walking on uneven ground, working in tight spaces and in general, being overall physically demanding.
• All applicants must follow safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Work 5 day weeks in an all -weather environment and willing to travel.
• All applicants must speak the English language fluently and clearly.
• Must perform duties in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test
• No experience Necessary. Will train the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
