E-Business Development Manager maintains and plans an organization's overall policies and goals regarding e-business development. Develops and manages organizational changes needed to meet goals involving e-business strategies. Being an E-Business Development Manager identifies potential business partners and negotiates agreements. May coordinate and negotiate with various departments including product development, marketing and/or sales group. Additionally, E-Business Development Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a top management. The E-Business Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an E-Business Development Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Keith products and services • Other duties may be assigned as needed Job Qualifications: • Ability to write reports, correspondence and communications. Ability to effectively present information to vendors and employees in a written and/or verbal format • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, assignments and tasks, monitoring use of time and appropriately using equipment, facilities and materials to provide timely and quality responses • Ability to learn and use all Ben E. Keith applications • Previous experience in a sales related field is preferred • Knowledge of and ability to competently use MS Office, internet and e-mail; willingness to learn new software as needed • Valid Texas driver’s license is required for driving to perform company business • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; or related experience resulting in equivalent level of knowledge
