E-Business Development Manager maintains and plans an organization's overall policies and goals regarding e-business development. Develops and manages organizational changes needed to meet goals involving e-business strategies. Being an E-Business Development Manager identifies potential business partners and negotiates agreements. The Regional Business Development Manager (BDM) role will identify, develop, and manage senior living organization accounts within the region, driving increased sales in accordance with individual and organizational goals and building Incite’s market presence within the designated region. The BDM will work collaboratively with multiple disciplines within the organization such as Operations, Member Success, and Analytics, as well as various Incite business partners, to drive new membership, greater member engagement, increased contract compliance and to increase sales within the region.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development. Prior experience in strategic selling in food service and/or healthcare preferred. Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) business development experience a plus.

Skillset & Competencies Required
· Proven track record selling products, services or programs to the senior living industry and/or food service sales background in the healthcare industry.
· Superior prospecting skills and demonstrated ability to develop a given market area, territory or region
· Demonstrated pipeline development and management skills
· Ability to utilize available sales reporting, analytical tools, and market data for strategic planning and goal achievement
· Written, oral communication and presentation skills must be demonstratively strong
· Team Player
· Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
· Senior living background preferred
· Extensive travel and access to a major airport required
· Physically located in one of the following states: WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, UT
