An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our LSL Land and New Homes division covering South West London
The successful candidate will have the ability to grow and develop existing client relationships within the new homes business, as well as the ability to win new business and aid in the growth of our new homes division.
You will have outstanding communication skills enabling you to communicate effectively with developers and work with an highly successful, multi brand independent estate business.
This opportunity will suit target-driven, self-motivated individuals who have experience in managing their own Sales teams.
We are looking for you to be able to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the New Homes industry and full knowledge of relevant legislation affecting the operation of residential and new homes sales. The Business Development Manager will ideally have previous experience in a new homes management role as well as relevant estate agency experience.
The role includes travel across all counties, so we ask that you hold a valid Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle.
