Leidos is seeking an EAP Program Assistant to provide support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The FAA's EAP-Work Life Program is an HR business partner in support of an FAA workforce who is responsible for the safety of the national aerospace system (NAS). The FAA EAP/Work Life Program is also a strategic employee engagement partner whose benefits are pivotal to attract, motivate and retain employees.
The EAP Program Assistant will work closely with the National EAP Program Manager while reporting to the Director, Work Life Division. Due to the high visibility of this position to the FAA workforce, stakeholders and its leaders, the EAP Program Assistant has education and/or work experience within the EAP field works with consultative excellence and is committed to the FAA safety mission and the AHR goal of employee engagement.
