Being an EAP Coordinator recommends changes to programs to meet employee care goals. May provide counseling to employees in the program. Additionally, EAP Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The EAP Coordinator work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Compensation
$90 to $100 per hour
Eligibility?
- Must be a United States citizen.?
- Must be licensed by a U.S. state or territory as a LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC or the equivalent.
- Must be independently licensed without supervision.
- Speak fluent English.?
- Successfully complete credentialing and contracting process.
- Complete a background check and fingerprinting.?
- Complete training requirements?
- Currently practicing in an outpatient clinical setting
- Willing to schedule EAP counseling in-person sessions.
