POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Submittal Coordinator. The Submittal Coordinator is responsible for creating installation project submittals for automatic door projects, and is.

the conduit between the sales organization and the customer until approved submittals are received from the customer.

This is a remote position

HIRING SALARY RANGE : Base Salary $80,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare submittals (drawings, configurations, product list, schedule of values (if required), and exclusions).
• Followup with the customer for status update, while keeping the sales partner(s) informed.
• Revise submittals as required by the customer.
• Submit approved submittals to the Project Manager responsible for project execution, and document.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Must possess a strong working knowledge of the new construction and renovation processes.
• Ability to interpret sales quotations.
• 2-5 years’ work experience within the industry

WHAT WE PREFER

• Knowledge of electronics required, specifically in access control, entrance systems, or integration.
• BS Degree in technical field, construction management or business.
• CAD or Architectural Drawing software
