Being an EAP Counselor requires a bachelor's/master's degree. Typically reports to a manager. To be an EAP Counselor typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. The Onsite EAP Counselor is a professional position responsible for providing onsite services to either a dedicated customer or customers in our overall book of business.
Responsibilities range from assessment and referral, management consultations, training, and critical incident response.
An Onsite EAP Counselor may also provide consultation to HR, program managers and supervisors on workplace and organizational issues.
This is a per diem role for a total of 16 hours per week (hours are guaranteed). Position is non-exempt status and paid on an hourly basis.

Other projects as assigned by manager
