- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services
- Operate the phone system to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or guest room
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and other relevant information
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in using computer systems, including hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
