Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing machinery, equipment, and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
- Troubleshoot problems and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge: Proficient in understanding and repairing mechanical systems and equipment
- Customer service: Ability to interact professionally with employees and address their maintenance needs effectively
- Welding: Experience in welding and fabrication tasks
- Supervising: Ability to supervise contractors or junior technicians when necessary
- Facilities maintenance: Knowledge of general facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Electrical: Basic understanding of electrical systems and ability to perform minor electrical repairs
- English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System): Familiarity with using CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
- Schematics: Ability to read and interpret technical schematics

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
