EEO Trainer designs and delivers diversity training programs and workshops to employees and managers. Develops diversity training curriculum and monitors changes in governmental laws and regulation to ensure that training stays current. Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Summary
The Trainer will be responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This
includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by designing a simple
workout program and instructing them on the proper use of equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and
following the schedule.
2. Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to
properly and safely use the equipment.
3. Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
4. Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
5. Assist in front desk related activities including:
Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety
of questions.
Check members into the system.
New member sign-up.
Take potential members on tours.
2. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
