EHR Project Manager, Sr. is responsible for the coordination and completion of complex projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Oversees all aspects of projects. Being an EHR Project Manager, Sr. sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Additionally, EHR Project Manager, Sr. resolves any development issues or team member performance issues. Prepares project status reports. Requires Epic, Cerner, or similar product certification. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires EPIC Certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EHR Project Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an EHR Project Manager, Sr. typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. A SR PM at WxTite should have experience managing financials, is not afraid to get out on the job site & knows their way around a job site well. Experience on multifamily projects is required.As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:- Coordinating and directing project design, permitting and construction from owner contract negotiation through project closeout.
- Financial, quality and safety performance of assigned projects.
- Training and mentoring junior project team staff.
Senior Project Manager Qualifications:- A minimum of 10 years' experience managing commercial/industrial, education, multi-family or healthcare construction projects
- A 4 year degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or comparable relevant experience
- Strong leadership, management, computer skills and attention to detail
- LEED AP or LEED Green Associate is preferred
