ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled CRM/ERP Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce systems while also learning and supporting Netsuite administration. If you have hands-on experience with Salesforce, a passion for technology, and a desire to expand your skills to include Netsuite, we encourage you to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    • Salesforce Administration:
      • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
      • Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
      • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
    • Netsuite Learning and Support:
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand Netsuite requirements.
      • Learn and become proficient in Netsuite administration.
      • Provide technical support for Netsuite users.
    • Salesforce Reporting and Analytics:
      • Generate and customize Salesforce reports to meet business needs.
      • Assist the sales analyst in creating insightful reports for sales performance analysis.
      • Utilize Salesforce dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
    • Salesforce Programming:
      • Utilize Salesforce programming skills, including Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Lightning Experience implementation.

      Requirements:

      • Experience:
        • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience including end user support for the application
        • Proficiency in managing a mix of Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience interfaces
        • Experience using Salesforce Service Cloud and supporting Technical Support implementation
        • Ability to implement customization and assist with report, forecast and dashboard implementation
      • Salesforce Programming:
        • Some experience with Salesforce programming is required
        • Flow and manage workflow processes
        • Lightning Experience implementation
        • Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
      • Integration Skills:
        • Experience with one or more Salesforce integration tools is desired

        • Adaptability:
          • Willingness to learn and administer Netsuite alongside Salesforce
          • Experience with Dynamics Great Plains a plus
        • Certification/Education:
          • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
          • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is desirable.
