ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Responsible for contributing to the success of Clean Energy & Infrastructure (CE&I) by providing business systems decision support to the organization to drive business growth and improve profitability. The ERP Analyst will be working directly with users to resolve Level 2 and above requests/issues in ViewPoint. The candidate will be responsible to manage/maintain and administer Enterprise resource data and make sure operations run smoothly across all IEA entities. In addition to ongoing administration the candidate will also be assigned special projects that involve but not limited to Process Improvement, Customization to Application & Reports, Data Analysis and system upgrade/migration.
