GENERAL DEFINITION AND CONDITIONS OF WORK:
Performs highly analytical and technical work involving the development, implementation, and support of all enterprise-wide systems and other related work as required. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Application Development Manager. Day to day guidance will be provided by the ERP Administrator 3.
This is light work requiring the exertion of up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects; work requires lifting, fingering, and repetitive motions; vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels; visual acuity is required for preparing and analyzing written or computer data, operation of machines, and determining the accuracy and thoroughness of work; the worker is not subject to adverse environmental conditions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TYPICAL TASKS:
Assist with installations, customizations and maintenance on the enterprise-wide systems.
Assist with monitoring and administration of system security.
Assist with migrating changes to controlled production environments.
Provide first-level application support to users and communicate periodically with vendors.
Maintain sensitive data in the strictest confidence and follow procedures to ensure the privacy, security, and proper use of data.
Create training documentation.
Provide training to SMEs and end users.
Assist with troubleshooting operational issues, works to implement appropriate solutions.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Minimum 1 year of experience with enterprise systems support
Basic knowledge of:
OnBase modules: Document Imaging, Document Management, Application Enabler, Workflow, E-Forms, Document Import Processing, Directory Import Processing, Report Services and modules that might be implemented in the future.
Tyler ERP modules: Financial, Human Resources, Payroll, Security, Workflow and modules that might be implemented in the future.
Basic knowledge of and experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 database or higher. Windows operating systems, Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit), Windows 8.1, Windows 10. Windows 2008 R2 or higher server administration experience. Microsoft Office Suite and other Microsoft products. Experience with reporting tools including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Crystal Reports.
Basic understanding of Business Analysis and basic business process workflows. Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written) skills and the ability to work effectively alone or in teams.
Must work some weekends and weekday evenings to support system infrastructure changes and software upgrade installations (planned and unplanned)
Strong commitment to customer service.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in related information technology field or equivalent work experience.
1 year of experience in the installation, upgrade, enhancement and support of Tyler Technologies’ products or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Hyland’s OnBase product or other Content Management systems.
Basic general IT Skills including basic understanding of networks, active directory, servers, databases, etc.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Good group facilitation, communication and training presentation skills. Software implementation and testing processes. Highly organized and has ability to manage concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must pass SLED and AFIS background check.
