ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Seattle-Tacoma Box Company is located in Kent, WA. We are a family-owned company, six generations strong for over 135 years under the same family management. Currently, Seattle-Tacoma Box conducts manufacturing and supports production and assembly operations and warehouses in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, and Arizona. The company specializes in the manufacturing of corrugated, corrugated plastic and wooden packaging used throughout the food industry.
The Kent, WA corporate headquarters of Seattle Tacoma Box is currently looking to add a qualified ERP Administrator to our team. The person selected for this role will work alongside the current members of the IT Department. The purpose of this position is actively collaborate with company leadership to determine which business processes need optimization and assist in the overall enhancement of our IT systems and deploying and implementing ERP solutions.
This position has the capability to be stationed from either our Kent, WA Seattle-Tacoma Box Company corporate headquarters or our SeaCa Plastic Packaging, LLC location in Surprise, AZ. The position will be mostly remote for day-to-day operations and some travel will be likely (approximately 15-20%)
Summary of Position
The ERP Administrator will work under the guidance if the Director of IT. Responsibilities for this position include: Development of user-friendly functionalities and interfaces, providing technical support and training to ERP end-users, and other duties as assigned.
