ERP Analyst jobs in Delaware
ERP Analyst analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an ERP Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Deine Aufgaben
- Als Kommunikationstalent reprsentierst Du unser Unternehmen im telefonischen Kontakt in Form von ersten Geschftsanbahnungen, fhrst abwechslungsreiche Telefonate mit potenziellen Neukunden und bernimmst Terminvereinbarungen fr unsere Sales-Kollegen
- Mit Hilfe unseres CRM-Systems qualifizierst Du eigenverantwortlich Interessenten und begeisterst diese am Telefon sowie ber weitere Kommunikationskanle (z.B. E-Mail)
- Die Qualifizierung von ERP-Projekten gehrt zu Deinen tglichen Aufgaben
- Die gewonnenen Daten und Erkenntnisse dokumentierst Du kontinuierlich und gewissenhaft in unserem CRM-System und kmmerst Dich neben dem Kontaktaufbau auch um die Pflege und Weiterqualifizierung
- Die aktive Untersttzung der Sales und Marketingkollegen bei diversen B2B-Kampagnen gehrt ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Du steuerst selbst kleinere Follow-Up-Kampagnen, um auf abas ERP aufmerksam zu machen
- Nach Webinaren und Veranstaltungen fhrst Du spannende Feedback-Gesprche und versorgst unsere Interessenten mit relevanten Informationen, um die Kundenreise unserer Interessenten bis zur Terminvereinbarung zu begleiten
- Du frderst regelmig den gemeinsamen Wissensaustausch mit unserem Marketing- und Sales-Team
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmnnischen Bereich
- Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb / Telesales-Umfeld / Customer Service, vorzugsweise in einem Software-Unternehmen und idealerweise CRM-Anwendererfahrung
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast Spa an professioneller B2B-Telefonie und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in diesem Bereich mit
- Neben Durchhaltevermgen und positiver Hartnckigkeit zeichnen Dich eine hohe Eigenmotivation, zeitliche Flexibilitt und Pragmatismus aus
- Deine sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfhigkeit sowie Deine verbindliche und zuverlssige Art runden Dein Profil ab
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
