ERP Analyst analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Job Summary:
The ERP Analyst is a critical part of the success of multiple departments at LVT. The person in this role will be considered the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all interactions with the ERP system (Acumatica) at LVT. In order to further the investment and use of the ERP system, the ERP Analyst will focus only the following: 1) Help implement and automate business processes through the use of ERP functionality, 2) Assure that ERP system is performing at optimal levels, 3) Insure all ERP users receive necessary training and support, 4) Interact with other IT personnel to make sure ERP is always available, 5) Assist and/or lead efforts to develop standardized reports, forms and dashboards for use in designated business areas.
