SUMMARY
The role will establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business functions to ensure IT services and delivery enhance and reduce the complexity of business processes cost-effectively. The Senior Business Process Manager will facilitate the prioritization, implementation, and maintenance of mission-critical application portfolio projects across the enterprise. The position will require working with business stakeholders/users to define the portfolio objectives and maintain quality service relationships throughout their lives.
This role will establish project management competencies and ensure on-time and on budget delivery. This role includes coordinating the efforts of IT staff and third-party consultants. The Senior Business Process Manager will also recommend and drive process improvement opportunities for mission-critical business systems leveraging enterprise solutions.
• We offer a competitive salary with a range of $125,400- $150,750 based on experience and skill set.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, business analysis, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will be accepted.
Experience / Abilities:
• Deep knowledge of one or more of the following business functions, including typical automation requirements and interactions across other business value streams, processes, and functional areas:
o Finance
o Human Resources
o Legal
o Product Management/ Engineering
o Manufacturing
o Logistics (incl. Warehouse Management)
o Procurement
o Sales/Service Management
o Marketing
o Health and Safety
• 8 -10 years’ experience working with large-scale enterprise business applications. (E.g., ERP, CAD, HRIS, CRM, PDM, PLM or MDM systems)
• Previous experience managing or supporting an application consolidation or migration.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and assessing business processes, prioritizing, and developing IT solutions for complex business situations.
• Ability to build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the project’s success.
• Results-oriented, highly motivated, and able to complete assignments promptly and accurately.
• Strong demonstrated decision-making skills and leadership.
• Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Global industrial/manufacturing company background preferred.
• Experience managing people and directing resources.
Computer skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERPs: AX, NAV, and F&SCM preferred.
