Implements policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. Being an ERP Business Manager leads the collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify needs and validate that ERP solutions align with business processes. Evaluates and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Business Manager monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The ERP Business Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. The Talent Acquisition Channel Manager will perform a range of recruitment-related tasks including crafting compelling and compliant job postings and writing job descriptions, sourcing of candidates, corresponding with interested applicants and potential recruitment partners, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, developing social media campaigns, and assisting with compliance and outreach efforts.
