• Guarantee the best performance of ERP applications and support systems for the facility and the administration.
• Lead the analysis, modeling, standardization, streamlining and implementation of the planning systems.
• Test ERP business process models to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and guide all levels of the business.
• Communicate issues and provide recommendations for improvement to accomplish goals.
• Work with team to standardize ERP reporting from analysis, development specifications and liaison to the development group.
• Liaison between the Regional teams to address system issues or inconsistencies.
• Customizes and configures system to allow the integration of client/server applications.
• Support innovation and organizational change to improve effectiveness
• Effectively provide consultation and engage key stakeholders as sponsor, champion, and driver of technology initiatives to meet business needs
• Direct and lead planning efforts for the implementation of new ERP applications, upgrades, and system changes.
• Oversee the development and implementation of training for new ERP Systems employees
• Other duties as assigned

• Technology Projects Administration- 2 years experience required.
• Systems’ analysis and design- 3 years experience required.
• Military & veterans encouraged to apply
• Attention to detail is vital.
• Experienced in ERP (have participated in at least one ERP System implementation).
• Master of Management Information Systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate complex ideas into easily understandable language.
• Experienced in Business Process Management or Process Re-engineering preferred.
• Ability to independently deliver projects, tasks and assignments in an evolving and a maturing environment.
• Caterpillar DBS Knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of Helpsystems products, Gentran and overall IBM I is strongly preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).
• Ability to be on-call.

8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday, after-hours and weekends when necessary
