This role involves working closely with students in an in-person setting, providing guidance and facilitating tours of different locations. This position offers comprehensive coverage of all tour expenses.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Our Tour Managers assist our HQ team with pre-departure communications and logistical arrangements in the lead-up to the tour taking place. This will involve emails, booking activities, mapping out transport routes, and building relationships with the students, parents, and other stakeholders at Crimson Education.
Then there’s the tour itself, which is usually 2-3 weeks in duration and involves travelling to a number of different locations. Although there will be long days, with early start times and late finishes required, you’ll be part of a truly transformational experience and the ideal candidate will be passionate about helping the next generation to reach their full potential.
Our ideal candidate will love the satisfaction of helping young people to reach their full potential, all whilst travelling the world! Each Tour Manager is expected to supervise around a group of 8 to 10 students for their selected tour(s) to ensure their safety and well-being are maintained at all times while mentoring students by providing helpful insight and guidance about future pathways available to them as and when needed during the tour to maximize learning outcomes from the experience.
