NexGen Data Systems is seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) who will provide support to mission owners within the Data Center and Cloud Hosting Services (DC2HS) division. These responsibilities may include building relationships with data center customers, acting as the first point of escalation on behalf of customers, implementation of administrative systems, fielding telephone calls, scheduling, handling correspondence, word processing, creating documents, and filing. The candidate must be well versed in Engineering Lifecycle processes and have an understanding of Data Center operations. The candidate will join a collaborative multi-functional team environment. Extensive customer service experience, Internet research abilities, Information technology and strong communication skills (written and verbal) are required. Relevant administrative support experience is required. Knowledge of cloud computing technology and architecture is a plus. This position is a HYBRID position and requires candidates to be LOCAL to the Greater Charleston Area.
