Electronic Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the media planning function. Manages a team responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Being a Electronic Marketing Manager designs, develops, and executes media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, message, and objectives. Uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Additionally, Electronic Marketing Manager oversees campaign tactics and execution to monitor spending, manage budgets, and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for all types of media campaigns. Guides negotiations for media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Researches and recommends new media strategies, platforms, and channels to explore or utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Electronic Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Electronic Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing and Digital Content Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and work closely with a cross-functional team to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and ultimately, contribute to the growth of our business. You will have the opportunity to manage creative people, set strategy, as well as create and oversee the creation of content. This is a manager / doer role and not just a management position.


    You will be responsible for the development and implementation of our print, in-person and digital marketing strategies, managing our online presence, and creating engaging content across various platforms.  You will also manage all aspects of the company's digital presence, including website content, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.

    Content creation includes compelling and relevant content including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more. 


    Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools and metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and content creation, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.


    Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding. Manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers as needed for content creation, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and other marketing activities.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships, manage people and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


    Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, trade shows and social media management, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools, including SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for diverse audiences. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.


    Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to interpret and act on marketing performance metrics.

    Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.  Experience and/or certification in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite preferred.
