Summary

The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator works to conceptualize, design, and implement creative graphics and content.  This role is key to supporting marketing and social media campaigns that represent the company brand and creative visions. This position is remote.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Creative coordination between brand book and marketing collateral
• Create social media and marketing content using Canva or a similar tool
• Support stores and sales team with marketing materials
• Support the CMO in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion
• Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
• Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
• Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or creative role for a company or agency
• Portfolio or examples of past work
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Optional: Experience with video editing

Computers and Technology

• Video editing software/tools
• Expert Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Teams

The work environment is remote. Daily administrative tasks require frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination for accurate typing, paperwork, and other tasks.
