    They are seeking a candidate who can create new prospects and clients, provide an exceptional client experience, ability to show compassion, while building new relationships with organizations to help them achieve their next stage of growth. The Director of Emergency Services is responsible for working directly with the Ercolano Cleaning and Restoration Leadership team to accomplish all short-term and long-term goals assigned to the Emergency Services Department with clear and consistent communication, strong attention to details and persistent follow up.

    Director of Emergency Services Responsibilities:

    • Networking/visiting fire departments
    • Work alongside the leadership team to develop and accomplish vision for the department
    • Create all processes and procedures to meet department goals
    • Develop detailed training and continuing education process that supports onboarding of new hires and long-term development of technicians and leadership within the department
    • Design an action plan to successfully create new business and build client relationships
    • Responsible for achieving company sales targets
    • Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community.
    • Maximize efficiency of mitigation, demolition, drying and documentation processes to meet or exceed industry standards
    • Manage distribution and create accountability around maintaining vehicles and equipment in conditions for peak performance
    • Regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc.
    • Integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities (promotions, advertising, exhibitions, telemarketing, social media marketing, etc.
    • Responsible for on-going prospecting and warm-calling potential clients within targeted areas
    • Communicate with adjusters, homeowners, and trade partners
    • Call and follow-up with the client after every job and ensure client satisfaction
    • Enter and track customer interactions in software system
    • Provide exceptional product knowledge and outstanding customer service to develop lifetime customers in a local market
    • Communicate a positive image of the company to the entire staff and customer
    • Attend weekly sales meetings

    Director of Emergency Services Requirements:

    • Fire Chief, Assistant Chief, Fire Marshall, etc.
    • Excellent computer skills, including internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and database applications
    • Industry knowledge or the ability to seek knowledge if new to the industry
    • Proven, successful sales track record
    • Ability to maintain a quality and service oriented attitude
    • Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
    • Proven ability in creating new business and client relationships is a must
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
