```Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary/Bookkeeper. As a Secretary/Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a vital role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Duties: - Perform general secretarial duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing correspondence - Maintain office files and documents, both physical and electronic - Assist with bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations - Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial transactions and generate reports - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Manage the front desk area, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate personnel - Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment - Utilize computer literacy skills to navigate various software programs, including Google Suite Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role as a Secretary/Bookkeeper or related position - Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles - Familiarity with medical office operations is a plus If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $14.31 - $14.39 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
