Being a Employee Development Specialist supports training, coaching, professional development, and experiential assignments that make up the leadership development strategy. Fosters a culture of informal knowledge exchange, coaching, and training throughout the organization to engage and develop the workforce. Additionally, Employee Development Specialist promotes training and development programs and career pathing initiatives. Prepares analysis and reporting of leadership development efforts and results. May participate in periodic succession planning exercises and talent assessments to ensure critical roles are defined. Position Summary:
Employee Relations Specialist performs professional level human resources duties in the administration of employee relations. This individual, under the direction of the Employee Relations Manager and/or Division Director is responsible for the coaching and counseling of property leadership with regards to employee development and discipline. The position is expected to independently perform a full range of duties and responsibilities in a timely manner with minimal supervision and instruction while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
