Employee Health Services Manager is responsible for managing the employee health service functions of the organization. Administers healthcare program operations and supervises subordinate staff. Being an Employee Health Services Manager ensures that all medical records are kept in a manner compliant with appropriate policies and procedures. May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Additionally, Employee Health Services Manager may provide consultation regarding workers' compensation, infection control or other employee health related issues. Job Responsibilities
This position coordinates/supervises/performs and evaluates activities relating to infection control and employee health in all aspects of service affecting individuals and employees of DDSN Whitten Center. Provides guidance and instruction to employees to ensure compliance with CDC, DHEC, & OSHA regulations as well as DDSN policies relative to communicable disease and infection control. Provides leadership and assists in maintaining daily nursing operation.

The salary range for this position is $77,500 to $85,543 and will be based on verified work-related nursing experience as indicated on the candidate’s application. This position is eligible for up to $6.25/hour shift differential for applicable shifts! Sign-on bonus for eligible candidates will be distributed after one, six, and twelve months of successful continuous Full-Time employment.
