Who We're Seeking:
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Fund Development and Donor Relations to assume the pivotal responsibility of crafting a comprehensive fund development strategy that bolsters the organization's strategic goals and financial resilience. This role will provide oversight over all facets of strategy, activities, and operations dedicated to executing this plan. Key areas of focus include the annual giving program, fostering relationships with major donors, facilitating planned giving initiatives, orchestrating fundraising events, securing town funding, and pursuing select grants. This role assumes leadership of the Development and Fundraising committee within the Board of Directors. Additionally, collaboration with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, to ensure alignment with cutting-edge marketing and communication practices, is essential.
