You will help guide the QA teams on joining skills to build test systems efficient enough to handle the ever-growing volume of users and the complexities of our increasingly data-driven insurance ecosystem.
Our software development teams are highly collaborative. You will help with evolving that collaboration by helping find friction points and working with peers in other departments to get rid of them. You will help the department with coaching on innovation and better ways to share that knowledge within the team and across other departments.
