Employee Services Director directs the selection, design, and implementation of employee engagement programs geared to attract and retain employees and promote a healthy and productive work environment. Evaluates programs focused on work-life, child care, fitness, discounts, remote working, education, training, and others to provide options that engage employees. Being an Employee Services Director develops processes to analyze and assess program utilization, employee feedback, competitiveness, and workforce productivity to ensure that a cost-effective mix of programs is offered. Designs policies and procedures to promote efficiency and optimize administrative hours to control costs. Additionally, Employee Services Director researches and remains up to date with evolving changes in the employee experience space to identify areas to improve employee engagement and work experience. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Employee Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Employee Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Position Summary:  The Marketing Director develops and implements MYgroup’s brand strategy and campaigns in addition to overseeing the consistency and effectiveness of MYgroup’s brand in the market. The position will lead the marketing, communication, advertising, social media, and event efforts for the firm while driving efforts for ongoing existing and prospective client support.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop, plan, and communicate marketing plans and strategies.
    • Build brand awareness and positioning.
    • Ensure all MYgroup’s messaging and content fits within brand guidelines.
    • Coordinate and oversee the completion of marketing projects.
    • Conduct competitive research.
    • Partner with third party agency(ies) to execute marketing and communication plans and strategies as appropriate.
    • Develop social media content and manage placement.
    • Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
    • Make updates to website in collaboration with third party agency.
    • Format and email monthly communications to client organizations.
    • Identify new marketing opportunities for the company leveraging media and press coverage, speaking opportunities at conferences, and other options as appropriate.
    • Manage conference attendance.
    • Coordinate promotional giveaways and marketing materials displayed at conferences and health fairs.
    • Support the creation of sales presentations.
    • Update the look and feel of training presentations.
    • Assist with responding to RFPs and creating proposals.
    • Monitor and archive earned media coverage, monthly email reports, website analytics and social media metrics and circulate as needed.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or a related field
    • Minimum of five years’ experience in the marketing field
    • Attention to detail
    • Robust copywriting skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills both orally and written
    • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and plans
    • Proven project management skills with strong collaboration skills and a focus on completing initiatives on budget and deadline
    • Demonstrated experience managing SEO/SEM tools, marketing databases, and social media
    • Ability to multitask and manage time wisely
    • Experience with digital marketing platforms
    • Expertise in graphic design, web design, photography and video editing skills are a plus
    • Working knowledge of computers, internet, email, Windows, MS Office, and Zoom
    • Professional work ethic
    • Must have portfolio available for review

     

    Work schedule:  Typical business day is Monday through Friday 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.  The expectation is that the hours will vary to meet the needs of the client companies and to cover the duties of the position.  Hybrid work from home/office schedule available. Travel may be required.
