What you'll be doing:

The Billing Analyst is a member of our Broad Sky Networks operating unit in their accounting department and will take care of the operating units billing operations. This role will also work with our Billing Team to organize proper monitoring of accounts receivable and ensure timely and accurate billing of our customers٫ guaranteeing our revenue.

• Preparing and issuing invoices, billing statements, and reports in accordance with company guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance
• Monitoring accounts receivable and transactions
• Make adjustments to invoices and statements as needed
• Cooperating with other teams to ensure billing accuracy
• Interacting with clients to resolve any issues and answer inquiries
• Managing client account reconciliations
• Creating analytical reports and presenting them to senior managers
• Participating in monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups
• Detecting and resolving errors in billing operations and other related problems

What you'll need:

• Minimum of a Associate's degree in accounting or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a billing analyst or a similar accounting role
• Good practical experience with electronic billing procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office٫ particularly especially Excel
• Familiarity with databases and SQL
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Responsibility٫ close attention to detail٫ ability to meet tight deadlines

•  Experience utilizing ConnectWise and/or Rev Io
