Enterprise Infrastructure Director manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Director determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Director is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     THE POSITION: 
     
    STACK Infrastructure is a leading data center development company.  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to jointly manage our Build-to-Suit (BTS) client engagement initiatives and ensure programmatic consistency across the BTS portfolio, in conjunction with the Vice President of BTS products. The Program Director is also responsible for the support of portfolio level strategy projects and corporate priorities, including identification of new markets, network, and energy procurement, and participating in product development and sales-support activities.     Client Engagement:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Build-to-Suit clients, serving as one of the primary points of contact
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique data center requirements and align our development projects with their needs
    • Facilitate pre-development discussions, ensuring all client expectations are clearly defined and met
     
    Programmatic Consistency:
    • Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures for data center development projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout the program
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure programmatic success and identify areas for improvement
    • Continuously refine and adapt program strategies to align with industry best practices and emerging trends
     
     
    Project Management:
    • Interact with deal leads on the end-to-end management of data center development projects, including site selection, design, permitting, and construction
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
     
    Risk Mitigation:
    • Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and proactively develop mitigation strategies in conjunction with deal leads.
    • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts, leases, and other agreements are in place and adhered to
     
    Budget and Financial Management:
    • Monitor budgets for individual projects and the overall program
    • Ad hoc financial reporting as identified over the course of the project lifespan
     
    Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare regular progress reports for clients and senior management, summarizing project status, challenges, and achievements
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all required records are up to date
     
    Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure data center developments meet STACK and industry standards and client expectations
    • Establish quality assurance protocols to maintain consistency across projects
    • Manage the ESG diligence and adherence to goals in conjunction with investors
     
    General Requirements:

    THE DETAILS: 
    • Location:  Denver, CO
    • Travel:  Up to 20% - 30% domestically and international
    • Compensation: $180,000 to $200,000 bonus
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States 
    • Must pass a comprehensive background screening 
     
     
    MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree in real estate, engineering, business, or a related field
    • PMP qualification if preferred 
    • Significant experience in a data center or real estate development, construction or asset management 
    • Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects with a focus on Build-to-Suit clients
    • Strong understanding of data center or real estate development and/or management processes
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and problem-solving capabilities
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools
    • Comfort creating processes and implementing strategies and procedures that serve an organization
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal staff, external consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite, or similar
