Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Manager is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Focuses on the technology selection, deployment, and operations that ensure the infrastructure environments support targeted levels of availability, capacity, continuity, security, and enables the company’s strategic direction
The base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $165,000
Actual pay will be determined based upon a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, education, exerience, geographic location, and many include other job-related factors such as certification(s), professional licensure, or internal equity considerations.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university; supplemented by seven (7) or more years of experience in an IT Technical and or Management position, including at least five (5) years of supervisory or management experience or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
