About the Solutions:
ExFlow for Finance and Supply Chain is aimed at medium to enterprise customers; the time frame for the implementation projects is from a month to 6 months.
This means you will have several projects to be responsible for simultaneously. You will take full responsibility for projects, including allocating resources, planning work schedules, continuously updating the customer on progress and expected results, and analyzing the project to identify areas for improvement.
Our Project Manager will also be involved in improving the delivery process, handovers, and planning future customer and partner needs.
