As an Ops Associate - Account Manager at Tusk, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing customer strategy and problem solving for our shippers. This includes onboarding new Shipping customers, managing our portfolio of live Shippers, and iterating, improving, and documenting the processes along the way. You’ll build strong relationships with each Shipper and understand their unique needs better than anyone else. With your technical aptitude, you’ll navigate various tools and softwares to not only solve problems for Shippers, but also to gain valuable insights that improve Tusk’s features, market position and revenue.
