Enterprise Operations Manager manages the daily activities of an enterprise IT operations unit and its equipment. Responsible for planning and achieving budgets, goals, and business objectives. Being an Enterprise Operations Manager implements and maintains enterprise-wide IT system tools and ensures scalability. Follows established operating policies to mitigate risk. Additionally, Enterprise Operations Manager typically responsible for one or more of the following responsibilities: information systems operations activities, computer operations, data entry, data control, operations support, or operating systems programming. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Enterprise Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an Enterprise Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Key Responsibilities:
Aesthetic Injector:
- Perform cosmetic injectable procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, and collagen-stimulating agents.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment options.
- Create customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of patient records.
- Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine and injectable techniques.
- Provide compassionate and supportive care throughout the patient's aesthetic journey.
Operations Manager:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Maintain inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies, ordering as needed.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal coverage and patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe environment.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold high standards of service.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
