HR Compliance is seeking a temporary full-time resource to support background check adjudication for both Shutterfly Lifetouch, LLC and Shutterfly, LLC during our peak season in 2023.
This is a temporary position lasting through December of 2023.
Standard background check activities will include adjudication, background check research for internal transfers, OIG monitoring, dispute and contest monitoring, reporting, billing review and troubleshooting. Additionally, this position will also support the state specific requirements which continue to increase year-over-year.
Other activities this position may focus on include COVID related survey updates, along with Form I-9 and Immigration file auditing, serve as the escalation point for compliance related questions that are received in the HR Compliance inbox, audit reports and compliance activity controls.
This position could also support HR Operations with activities such as manage pending hires, uploading documents to OpenText, and scanning files.
