Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Additionally, Environmental Compliance Specialist, Sr. relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Your role will be to coach the cross functional teams at DIRTT on how to apply core CI & Lean tools to eliminate waste. This will include the facilitation of Kaizen Events, conducting Lean training (Yellow Belt, 5S, RCA etc.) and implementing other Lean programs. You will also identify constraining bottlenecks, recommend, develop and implement improvements to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity Metrics across the organization.
