Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Specialist supports and coordinates the activities of the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Assists with the delivery and maintenance of programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Specialist prepares materials that communicate the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Supports or delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Specialist generates reports of compliance monitoring statistics, investigations, outcomes, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. May administer reporting systems or helplines for employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Litchfield NH School District is seeking an exceptional candidate for Business Administrator to start on July 1, 2024. This successful candidate will administer the business and financial affairs of the district in such a way as to provide the best possible educational services with the financial resources available. The Business Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of the District's $25 million Budget. The successful candidate will act as chief financial officer for all non-academic finance and business operations of the district The BA supervises the Accounting Office, the Director of Facilities, the Director of Food Services and serves as the main liaison with the contracted transportation vendor, First Student.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. MBA degree preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in financial management, including at least three years of experience in a supervisory capacity. Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of computer hardware and financial software, experience and training that demonstrates the requisite skills and abilities necessary to function effectively in this position. The candidate must hold New Hampshire Department of Education certification or eligibility for certification as a Business Administrator.
