Ethics and Mission Integration Director incorporates the organization's mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the organization's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and ethics. Advises leaders with strategic planning and decision-making to ensure ethics and values are considered. Additionally, Ethics and Mission Integration Director typically requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Ethics and Mission Integration Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function.   • Summary About the Position : This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f.

    Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.

    25. This position is located at the US Cyber Center of Excellence - US Army Signal School at Fort Eisenhower, Georgia. Responsibilities Recommends solutions to problems and communicates the purpose and scope of ongoing efforts to managers at all levels through meetings, memoranda, briefings, and reports.

    Conducts review and analysis, formulates conclusions, and makes recommendations concerning personnel programs to include Signal Developmental Opportunities Program (SDOP), and Signal Direct Commissioning Program (SDCP).

    Performs AR 600-3 personnel proponent life-cycle management functions for assigned Signal officer occupations. Advises and assists Signal Corps and Army management to resolve personnel life-cycle issues.

    Initiates and maintains contact with office co-workers, action and management personnel in other Cyber Center of Excellence and U.

    S. Army Signal School activities.. Assists with overall day-to-day information operations and workflow management to ensure effective and efficient synchronization of Officer Division staff operations.

Specialized experience would be demonstrated by (1) conducting review, analysis, formulates conclusions to make necessary recommendations concerning personnel programs, (2) coordinating and developing actions and initiatives concerning personnel life-cycle program functions such as structure, acquisition, individual training and education, distribution, deployment, sustainment, professional development, and separation, and (3) assisting with information operations and workflow management to ensure staff operations, and (4) performing in an environment characterized by problems of greater than average difficulty.
