Credit Suisse is seeking a Compensation Specialist to join the global Compensation, Benefits & Payroll team in the Human Resources function. This role is a compensation subject matter expert who will be involved in ensuring effective and efficient services, reporting, analysis, and support of Global/Regional/Divisional projects in the Compensation organization. The candidate will need to understand a nuanced compensation structure that is continually adapting to changing regulations and firm-wide initiatives. This role will also support the Bank in execution of deferred cash plans, severance packages, compensation reporting as well as configuration of the compensation system. You will create and develop relationships with key stakeholders such as Human Resources, Fi-nance, Payroll and Audit to supporting each with your subject matter expertise and providing analytics in support of policy and decision making across a range of strategic deliverables.
