Executive Compensation Manager is responsible for the analysis and administration of executive compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans. Provide consultation on executive compensation matters to senior executives and human resources. Being an Executive Compensation Manager oversees the preparation of compensation data for proxy disclosure and compensation committee meetings. Assists executive directly or engages/manages outside consultants with tax matters related to compensation. Additionally, Executive Compensation Manager directs the salary survey process and evaluates market data for executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. May require Certified Compensation Professional. The Executive Compensation Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.   • Packaged Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Oklahoma City, OK): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Packaged Application Development Manager in Oklahoma City, OK, and the job duties are as follows:

    • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
    • Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
    • Maintain applications according to SLAs.
    • Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
    • Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and create solutions for implementation by the team.
    • Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
    • Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
    • Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

    Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

    • SAP technical development, including customization of reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions;
    • Performing data Integration using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica IDQ, and MDM;
    • Applying data warehousing and business intelligence concepts to extract, model, and design business intelligence reports;
    • Utilizing SAP BPC for business planning and consolidation; and
    • Utilizing Agile methodology for project management and release, and deployment management.

    Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

    • Performing data analysis and integration using SAP Web Intelligence and SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio;
    • Designing analytical models utilizing Attribute, Analytic, and Calculation views in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling and Development;
    • Utilizing SQL database including SAP HANA Database and Oracle;
    • Leveraging MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Service Now or Confluence for project workflow management; and
    • Leveraging SAP BW and SAP BO report and analytical tools, including Web Intelligence, Power BI Design, and SSRS.

    Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
