Executive Compensation Manager is responsible for the analysis and administration of executive compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans. Provide consultation on executive compensation matters to senior executives and human resources. Being an Executive Compensation Manager oversees the preparation of compensation data for proxy disclosure and compensation committee meetings. Assists executive directly or engages/manages outside consultants with tax matters related to compensation. Additionally, Executive Compensation Manager directs the salary survey process and evaluates market data for executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. May require Certified Compensation Professional. The Executive Compensation Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     The work:

    • Support the Compensation work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
    • Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
    • Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff (depending upon project structure)
    • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
    • Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
    • Configure and test the Workday system.
    • Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
    • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives.
    • Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets.

    Here is what you need:

    • Existing and up to date Workday Compensation Partner Certification
    • 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
    • 2 years of Workday Implementations, most recently in a leadership role
    • Experience managing teams of 1 persons
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience) & ability to travel up to 80% ?

    Eligibility Requirements

    • US Citizenship, no dual citizens

    Bonus points if:

    • 2 years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer
    • Advanced Workday Partner Certification
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment?
    • Experience with JIRA and/or Confluence
    • Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint?
    • Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring others.?
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands

    Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.?As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and .

    Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

    California: $95,600 - $174,200

    Colorado: $95,600 - $150,500

    New York City: $110,700-$174,200

    Washington: $87,800 - $138,800
